These Terms govern your use of the winnerscircle.life website and appointment-request form provided by Winners Circle LLC ("Winners Circle," "we," "us"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit the form. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.

2. Educational information and insurance services

This website provides general life-insurance information and a way to request a conversation. It does not provide personalized legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals about your circumstances. No insurer, product, agency license, or state availability is represented unless specifically identified and verified in the relevant communication.

Insurance solicitation, advice, and sales must be handled by appropriately licensed persons in the applicable state. A request may be declined or limited when a product or appropriately licensed agent is unavailable. Coverage, benefits, premiums, underwriting, exclusions, age limits, surrender charges, and waiting periods depend on the issuing insurer and the particular policy. Policy documents control over general website descriptions.

Quotes and illustrations, if later supplied, are not guarantees unless explicitly guaranteed by the insurer. Policy guarantees depend on the issuing insurer's claims-paying ability. Insurance is not a bank deposit or FDIC-insured product. Tax treatment varies and can change.

3. An appointment request does not create coverage

Submitting this form does not constitute an insurance application, purchase, binder, approval, beneficiary designation, or confirmed appointment. Coverage is not effective unless and until the insurer approves an application and all applicable issuance, payment, and delivery requirements are met. Do not cancel existing coverage based solely on this website or a request for information.

The coverage selector indicates the amount you want to discuss, from $5,000 to $50,000. It is not a quote or recommendation, and products at every selected amount may not be available. Any intended beneficiary information is for preliminary discussion only. An official beneficiary election requires the insurer's process.

4. Eligibility and accurate submissions

The appointment form is intended for adults age 18 or older in the United States. Provide accurate information and only a number and email address you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate anyone or submit another person's request without authorization. Optional beneficiary information should be limited to a name and relationship; do not provide a beneficiary's sensitive information. You may leave those fields blank.

5. Requested human follow-up

Submitting the appointment form records your request for a human agent acting for Winners Circle LLC to respond about life insurance and the appointment you requested through a human phone call or email if you supplied an address. It does not authorize text messages. It also records your agreement to these Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. This request does not grant permission to unrelated sellers or create blanket consent for automated marketing. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. You have no obligation to buy a policy.

Appointment text program

Winners Circle LLC, operating as Winners Circle Insurance Services, offers optional recurring texts about life-insurance appointment requests, confirmations, and reminders. Select the optional, unchecked contact-consent checkbox and submit the form to opt in to appointment texts and life-insurance marketing calls/texts as described in the disclosure. This choice is separate from acceptance of these Terms. You can request an appointment without selecting the optional checkbox. Message frequency varies with your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. This program does not authorize unsolicited promotions.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Contact contact@winnerscircle.life for assistance. See our Privacy Policy. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Optional automated and AI contact consent

The unchecked contact-consent checkbox is optional and covers appointment texts and life-insurance marketing calls/texts. Only if you select it and submit the form do you authorize Winners Circle LLC, doing business through winnerscircle.life, to deliver or cause to be delivered life-insurance marketing calls and recurring texts to the telephone number you provide, using automated technology, an automatic telephone dialing system where applicable, and prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voice. Your selection and submission serve as your electronic signature for that specific consent. Consent is not a condition of buying goods or services or requesting a human appointment. Leave the optional box unchecked to decline.

Communications may include appointment coordination, information about coverage, and follow-up messages. Message frequency varies with your interactions and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Consent applies to Winners Circle LLC and service providers acting solely on our behalf, not independently marketing insurers, agents, or other sellers. Any other seller must obtain any consent it requires separately. Your consent does not permit conduct prohibited by law.

AI agents are automated systems and are not licensed insurance agents. They must not bind coverage, decide eligibility, or replace advice from an appropriately licensed human agent. Outbound automated communications will only be initiated after the necessary systems and applicable consent and compliance controls are in place.

7. Opting out and getting help

For text messages, reply STOP or another clear expression of your wish to stop. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email contact@winnerscircle.life, write to our address above, use an available opt-out mechanism, or tell a calling agent to stop calls or texts. You need not use one exclusive method. We will honor reasonable revocation requests within the applicable legal period and ordinarily as soon as practicable. A non-marketing confirmation of your opt-out may be sent where permitted.

Specify if you wish to stop only a particular channel; otherwise we will treat a clear general request as a request to stop marketing contact. Unsubscribe links, when provided in marketing emails, stop those marketing emails. Necessary responses to a new request you initiate may still be provided as allowed by law. Contact us before transferring or giving up the number to avoid messages to its new user.

8. Electronic records

You can review and print or save these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the consent language before submitting. You need an internet connection, a current browser, and an email account only if you choose email contact. You may request a copy of your submitted consent record at contact@winnerscircle.life. Providing website consent does not enroll you in electronic delivery of policy documents; an insurer may require separate electronic-delivery authorization.

9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or fabricated leads, harvest personal information, or use the site unlawfully. We may restrict abusive traffic. Website branding, text, design, and images are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and save material for personal, noncommercial use. Other use requires permission except as allowed by law.

10. Third-party services

Hosting, communication, or CRM providers may help us operate the site or handle a requested service. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement or guarantee. We do not represent that a third-party CRM, insurer, phone provider, or booking service has received your information unless that action actually succeeds.

11. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide accurate, accessible information but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that general information meets every individual need. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free content. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, statutory privacy obligations, or consumer rights that cannot be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by your reliance on general website information. This does not limit benefits owed under an issued insurance contract, obligations of an insurer, or liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.

12. Disputes and governing law

Contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns informally. Nevada law applies to these website Terms except where federal law or nonwaivable law in your state requires otherwise. Any court proceeding will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction and venue. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a waiver of your right to contact regulators or your state insurance department.

13. Changes and complete agreement

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively expand an existing communication consent; new consent will be obtained when required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. These Terms govern the website only and do not replace any issued policy, insurer application, required insurance disclosure, or separate signed agreement.
